Academic Projects

You can find my portfolio of academic projects published on Google Scholar. Since I manage employees in the service industry, my research focuses on service innovation behavior, empowerment, diversity in work teams, and building network strength. My research team includes members from Tomas Bata University in the Czech Republic, the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City, and the Vietnam Aviation Academy. The foundation from this research helped me complete my PhD program at Tomas Bata University, even though I’m not someone working in academia. Currently, I still use my research skills to improve my work in investment and asset management, as well as serving as a lecturer/reseacher at UFM, and consultant for several international organizations.
